Felton Community Fire Company would like to congratulate 11 personnel in completion of the Emergency Medical Responders (EMR) Course. Instructor: Wendy Lowe (Delaware State Fire School) Kenneth Ryder Jr. William Thomas Amanda DeCarlo Harry C. Brown jr Billy Paskey Cory Swan W. Shane Jester D. Chuck Welch Christopher Lynn Douglas R. Huffstutler Justin Pippin With the completion of the EMR Course, the 11 personnel can perform initial assessments and interventions using little or no equipment. They can also assist other EMS providers.
