On September 23, 2013 at 1210 hrs., the Felton Community Fire Co. was alerted for a motor vehicle collision with possible entrapment. Rescue 48-1 arrived on scene under the direction of Asst Chief Moxley to find a two-vehicle collision with multiple patients. Crews stabilized both vehicles while the BLS units attended to patient care. The entrapped subject was removed from the vehicle. A total of two patients were transported to the local Trauma Center, one by air and one by ground. The scene was placed under control and turned over to the DE State Police for investigation.
