KCSPCA Rabies & Licensing Clinic - Station 48

Felton Fire Company will host the Kent County SPCA from 10 AM to Noon.
Services & Fees:
* Dog Licensing - * Required by law for all dogs 6 months and older!
o 1 year Sterilized dog (Spayed/Neutered) is $8
o 1 year Non-Sterilized dog is $12
o 3 year Sterilized dog (Spayed/Neuter) is $20
o 3 year Non-Sterilized dog is $30
Proof of current valid rabies vaccination is required to obtain any dog license.
* Rabies vaccinations - $13 * Required by law for all dogs and cats 6 months and older! - Innoculation for Rabies may be given as early as 12 weeks of age.
o First rabies vaccination will be valid for 1 year. Subsequent rabies vaccinations an/or if previously vaccinated (vaccination certificate / documentation required - please bring copy even if it is expired) will be valid for 3 years.
* Other vaccinations: - $10
o FVRCP - Feline Panoleukopenia, Rhinovirus, Calicivirus - cat needs to be at least 8 weeks old.
+ If over 6 months old when first vaccinated, will need one booster in approx 3 weeks
+ If under 6 months old when first vaccinated, will need two boosters approx 3weeks apart
o DA2PP - Canine Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvo, Parainfluenza - dog needs to be at least 8 weeks old
+ If over 6 months old when first vaccinated, will need one booster in approx 3 weeks
+ If under 6 months old when first vaccinated, will need two boosters approx 3weeks apart
o Bordatella - Canine Bordatella / Kennel Cough - required by boarding kennels & groomers - dog needs to be at least 9 weeks old
* Microchipping - $20 - We use the Home Again chip and service. The fee includes the chipping and registration. You may create & update your profile on the Home Again website to include photos, vet info, addition contacts, and multiple phone numbers.
