Grain Bin Rescue

Mike Love of the University of Delaware Cooperative in conjunction with Perdue hosted this training at the Delaware State Fair Grounds during Ag Week. This grain bin rescue training built awareness through both lecture and hands on by placing a victim in a harness and entrapping them in a bin of soy beans, then performing rescue. This was an excellent training opportunity, with 45 Firefighters from Felton, Camden, and Magnolia attending the class.
